I had an amazing stay at No.5 Maddox Street. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a Nespresso coffee machine. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the heart of the city.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Oxford Circus, with easy access to all the major attractions in London. You'll be surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could ask for. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast options are delicious and will definitely start your day off right.
There is no elevator in the hotel, so be prepared to tackle a few flights of stairs.

Friendly staff, changed room due to lack of elevator. Great location near shops and restaurants. Road noise and dated paint in rooms, but overall a decent stay. Climbing stairs to the fifth floor was a bit challenging. Not sure if I would stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - right in the centre of everything I wanted to be near. Being close to a tube station made it convenient for exploring this city. it was within walking distance to all the attractions and amenities I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. The staff were friendly and were really nice too ensure a pleasant stay.
